Standard Shipping Methods

 All items usually ship via USPS or FedEx.  Shipping rates will be calculated in the shopping cart at checkout.

Rates for multiple items shipped to one address will be combined.

If you would like to ship gifts to multiple addresses, each order must be placed separately.

Alternate Shipping Methods

Full Of Charms is located in Fort Worth, Texas and arrangements for local pickup can be made. In your shopping cart, you will have the option to select a shipping method.  Click on "Local Pickup".  Then in the box provided below, send us a message requesting pickup and we will contact you to make arrangements.

Delivery is available in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex for an additional fee.  The delivery will be made by a third party courier service and prices will vary.  Send us the delivery address in the Alternate Shipping Box and we will contact you with an exact quote.

If you would like to use your own account number for shipping, please provide us with the information in the Alternate Shipping Methods box and we will take care of it for you!

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  To ensure the quality of our products we thoroughly inspect each item before it leaves our doors. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality upon reception, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase.

Please note:

• Perishable food items may not be returned.  
• All other items returned to us for a refund must be in condition for resale.
• You will be responsible for shipping costs on returned items.

Damaged Items

We carefully pack all of our items in an effort to ensure your package arrives in tact.

However, we realize accidents do happen and boxes are sometimes damaged in the shipping process. If your items have arrived in less than perfect condition, please contact us to discuss replacement options.

Additionally, please save all of the packing materials, as the shipping services often ask to see the packaging when a file has been claimed.
